Gremio Arena innovates and installs Imply Self Service Kiosks for ticket sales

With already present access management system in the Gremio Arena with 104 turnstiles, building access and parking access control, as well as ticket outlets next to the box office, now Imply innovates with an unprecedented technology in Brazil.
For the Oct. 15 match, Gremio Arena will present something new to their fans. In addition to the Internet and box office, the stadium will provide high-tech self-service kiosks to purchase tickets, something new in football stadiums in Brazil, aimed at reduction of queues and greater convenience for the fans.
According to the president of the Arena management, Eduardo Peña, the self service will facilitate the access of fans to the stadium, “We are innovating once again. We are the first Arena in Brazil to use this type of technology in order to improve the access of fans, offering even more flexibility and security in the purchase and entrance” says Peña.
In this first phase of the project, four kiosks will be installed, offering the purchase of tickets through credit or debit cards, Visa or MasterCard, for the club members.
