Viação Piracicabana and Prodata optimize services with Multikiosks®

Viação Piracicabana has implemented 15 Multikiosk® Wall Terminals, with billing software developed by the partner company Prodata Mobility Brazil, with the purpose of optimizing and facilitating the services provided to public transport users in Santos – SP. The Multikiosks® offer practicality and agility in recharging the BR Card, even outside business hours.

The BR Card is the card used by passengers to access to urban transport, with portability for the companies that compose the consortium BR Santos Mobility.

In order to streamline services and services, Multikiosks® feature PinPad’s to accept payments with debit and credit cards, and acceptor of money bills with webcam, accepting cash payments with total security. Multikiosks also have a thermal printer that prints the proof of payment. The Multikiosks® also come with Smartcard RFID card dispensers, which allow the user to purchase a new Urban Transport card with ease. In addition, the Solution still has 1D / 2D Barcode Reader. The unique Imply® Multikiosk® Wall Self-Service Terminals are designed with reduced dimensions and are perfect for both small and premium locations.
