Imply® is recognized for the 10th time with the Export Award

Innovation is an intrinsic value of Imply®, an essential pillar of the company since its foundation in 2003. We are constantly improving to offer technological, creative, and excellent solutions in the global market – and we are recognized for it. This year, Imply® was chosen, for the 10th time, as one of the highlights of the Export Award. We have received this distinction in: 2023, 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2012, and 2011.

In the 52nd edition of the award, we were honored with the Technological Innovation Highlight, and we couldn’t be happier with the recognition of the global work that has been part of Imply®’s DNA for 21 years. After all, we are “born global”: the first Imply® Bowling Lanes, in 2003, were exported to Spain, already demonstrating the international expansion potential that the company would achieve in the following years.

We are proud to belong to the Rio Grande do Sul ecosystem, which includes more than 3,200 exporting companies. The presence of businesses of this magnitude makes the state the second largest export hub in Brazil, behind only São Paulo. And we are part of this history, providing technologies from Rio Grande do Sul to more than 125 countries, with products and services present on five continents. We are a global reference in the segments of Access & Ticketing, Self-service, Bowling, and Displays.

In 2023, Imply® recorded significant growth of over 35%, and exports to 21 countries accounted for 15% of revenue. The exports with the greatest participation were to Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Portugal, Spain, France, and Saudi Arabia. The main exported products were Bowling Lanes, Ticket Sales Platforms, and Software Development Services.

A specialist in innovative, customized, and high-quality solutions, Imply® has more than 400 employees, 100% in-house software and hardware development, extensive expertise in technological customization, and an ISO 9001 quality management system. Located in Santa Cruz do Sul/RS, with over 15,000 m² of built area, the Imply Technology Park is constructed with eco-sustainable technologies and integrates several verticalized factories with state-of-the-art equipment.

Among the strategies oriented towards international growth, substantial investments in research and development of new technologies for products stand out, allowing us to offer the latest technological innovations in the market to our clients and increase competitive differentiation. The company also participates in international events with prominent booths, effectively solidifying the global presence of the brand, including the IAAPA Attractions Expo (United States), IAAPA Expo Europe (Austria), SEA Expo (Saudi Arabia), in addition to sales channel strategies and multi-language communication strategies.

Imply® aims to surpass the milestone of 500 jobs created over the next 3 years and recently announced an investment of R$ 10 million towards the expansion of the Technology Park. The expansion will cover approximately 3,000 square meters, where the new Technological Innovation Center will be established. “This Innovation Center will be a catalyst for research and the development of innovative technologies, where we will dedicate our efforts to creating cutting-edge solutions, with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our clients and partners worldwide. This expansion aligns with our long-term vision and reinforces our commitment to innovation and quality. We are contributing to shaping the future of technology in Brazil and setting new standards of technological excellence,” emphasizes the Founder and CEO of Imply, Tironi Paz Ortiz.
