Corsan Reaches 2 Million Accesses with Imply® Self Service Kiosks
The Imply® Self Service Kiosks installed in 185 cities by Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (Corsan) have already assisted the residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a state in Brazil, over 2 million times. This is the number of accesses the 215 service kiosks and 41 ticket management systems have had since the partnership began in 2021.
In total, more than USD 1.6 Million have been transacted through the kiosks. The most sought-after service was Simplified Invoice (duplicate bill), with over 1.2 million accesses. Following that, scheduling of in-person services, debt installment, and leak reporting were the most requested services at the kiosks. In total, there are 23 services available at the Self Service Kiosk.
