What is the difference between original and parallel parts?

Our engineering teams and state-of-the-art equipment are dedicated to ensuring that our parts always exceed your expectations. With a focus on durability, produced with high strength materials, original Imply® parts remain like new for many years of continuous use (when cleaning and maintenance care recommendations are followed). Using original parts is very important as it extends the life of your bowling alley. In addition, original parts have a factory warranty.
On the other hand, the use of generic parts is risky, as they may contain different materials and formats that damage the equipment and affect the life of your Bowling Alley. Parallel parts do not usually offer warranty, and may present problems in a short period of time after purchase. If they are defective, you will not be able to claim a replacement, as the durability of these parts is shorter than the originals. Likewise, using non-original replacement parts voids the manufacturer’s warranty, which means risks, and your company could end up responsible for the cost of replacing other parts of the equipment, as well as lost productivity.
Count on the quality assurance that comes exclusively from the original manufacturer.
