Eleven360 brings innovation to Oktoberfest Blumenau
The 36th edition of the largest beer festival outside Germany, closed on Sunday, 27, in Blumenau. The public who attended the 18 days of the party had the opportunity to celebrate German traditions, music, dance and cuisine. And all this, combined with the latest technology and high quality services.
For the second year in a row, Imply® Group was responsible for exclusive ticketing, cashless operation for food and beverage, access control, and provision of qualified operations staff for this major event. All this, with agile and reliable technology provided by the Eleven360 platform.
As in the previous edition, the cashless consumer system was offered through Oktober Karte. With Smartcard RFID technology, it was possible to recharge the prepaid card at 25 self-service terminals throughout the park. Thus, it was not necessary to handle cash during the event, bringing more security and agility to services.
In Access Control, 54 turnstiles were installed in containers with integrated servers. They were distributed at all Park entrances, thus ensuring real-time monitoring of access to the event. According to official statistics, 576.560 people attended the party.
In order to optimize event operations with high audience volumes, the Imply® Group utilizes several integrated technologies within the Eleven360 platform. To learn more about these solutions, visit: https://imply.com/engb/access-systems/
