Imply® and Instituto Caldeira: specialists in innovation gathered could only result in success. The innovation hub, headquartered in Porto Alegre, received the installation of Access Control solutions with a Facial Recognition system, developed by Imply®, making access at the Institute even more secure and modern.
The large flow of people alone explains the need for a reliable system like Imply®. Located in a 22,000 m² building, Instituto Caldeira has more than 20 meeting rooms, four event spaces, and more than 120 coworking positions for member use. With Imply® Facial Recognition, all access was transformed, with recognition, authentication, and entry release for registered users in less than 1 second. At the same time, the system prevents those who are not registered from accessing the building, ensuring everyone’s safety.

The entire project was customized – a hallmark of Imply®. For Instituto Caldeira, the developed software separates daily access from event access, being flexible according to the client’s needs. For visitors, for example, it is possible to quickly and intuitively configure how many times the person can access the space, among other details. The entire accreditation system was also customized for Caldeira, meeting the hub’s particularities.
In addition to emphasizing security, the Imply® Facial Recognition Access Control system ensures operational monitoring, issuing customized reports for the Institute. All project specifics take into account the high circulation in the building, considering that Caldeira hosts various activities related to innovation and the economy, as well as companies and research, technology, and innovation operations.

The Imply® Full Color LED Panel broadcasts almost all types of content, such as videos, images, animations, dynamic texts, and live broadcasts, ensuring the flexibility that an innovation space like Instituto Caldeira needs.
All control is done via the Supermedia Imply® web platform, with instant updates and fully remote management. The system also allows scheduling of displays, as well as offering advanced monitoring and analysis features, enabling campaign performance tracking.
