Imply® Group is again approved in ISO 9001 audit

The Imply® Group was approved this week in the maintenance audit of the ISO 9001 certificate. The auditor João Saraiva of the certifying company BSI, was responsible for the inspection. The process took place on the 9th, 10th and 11th of March.

Namely, the organization has been certified by ISO 9001 since 2013. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard that certifies the Quality Management System. It also defines the requirements and standardization tools for an organization. The certification reflects the Imply® Group’s commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement processes for the products and services developed. Everything, with the objective of offering an excellent satisfaction to its customers.

After three days of intense evaluation, Saraiva also highlighted the organization, maturity and improvements of the system with each new audit. For the Imply® Group quality analyst, Glaucia Schiefferdecker, the evolution took place thanks to the joint commitment of all the company’s employees. “The success of the audit is the result of the commitment of each employee who executes their processes with quality, regardless of the activity. In fact, each process reflects on the final objective, which is the satisfaction of our client”, concluded the employee.
