Imply® guarantees safety and agility in the accesses of the 33rd Oktoberfest of Santa Cruz do Sul

One of the biggest German festivities in the world, the Oktoberfest in Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil, opened its on October 4 and promises to bring lots of fun until the 15th of the same month. The event uses Imply® technologies since the 2010 edition, and for another consecutive year has the complete SIGA – Imply® Management and Access Control System.
SIGA brings together multiple intelligent functions to provide greater security, agility and efficiency in mass access control. The event counts with 36 blocks, being 20 blocks at the access entrance to the Park, and 16 blocks at the Concert Arena, in addition to 2 HandHelds for mobile access control. Event access control locks are installed in containers; each container having its own servers and power generators. In addition, access to the Park has credential registration through photo, and access control with LCD monitors that assist in security, showing the photo of the accredited visitor.
The Solution monitors the flow of tickets in real time, with various reports and graphs to optimize the management of the public by type of ticket, entry point, denied accesses, total number of event tickets, among others. With the SIGA Imply® System, the 33rd Oktoberfest has greater security, agility and efficiency in access management.
