Imply® Self-Service Terminals facilitate the routine of the population of Minas Gerais
In March, the Secretariat of Planning and Management of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais (Seplag), in Brazil, decided to modernize its operations in order to facilitate the daily lives of citizens. Thus, dozens of Imply® Group self-service terminals were installed in about 32 cities in the state.
The hardware and software of the terminals were developed by Imply®. The objective is facilitate access to various services offered by the State. Among them, the request for the 1st and 2nd copies of the identity card, blood donation schedules, request for a criminal record certificate, various services of the DMV, water and sanitation services. In addition, terminals will soon also allow payment of bills.
Imply® Self-Service Terminals strengthen and expand the relationship with the citizen, bringing convenience to the services. Consultations are quick and therefore can be carried out at any time, including outside business hours. With this, convenience is guaranteed to the public.
