Largest in Uruguay, Imply® Full Color Panel brings innovation to the historic Centenário Stadium

Stage of the next finals of the most important football tournaments in Latin America, the Estadio Centenário, in Uruguay, is undergoing a major renovation, adding Imply® technology. In addition to an extensive renovation that includes a new lawn and reflectors, the mythical stadium in Montevideo will receive a modern Imply® FullColor Panel. Innovation and technology to enhance the Copa Sudamericana and Copa Libertadores de América finals, with the largest FullColor Panel in Uruguay Stadiums.

Built to host the 1930 World Cup, the Centenario Stadium was the stage for great matches that gave it the status of a temple of world football. There, Uruguay won its first World Cup, over Argentina. Now, it is undergoing its biggest renovation, with the implementation of new LED lighting, remodeling of stands, press stand, changing rooms, among other changes. All this to host the Copa Sudamericana final between Red Bull Bragantino and Athletico-PR on November 20th, as well as the duel between Palmeiras and Flamengo, on November 27th, for the Copa Libertadores.

The Centenário Stadium now has a modern and technological FullColor Imply® Panel, the largest Panel in Uruguay. With a technology more than 300% superior to that recommended by FIFA in terms of pixel resolution, the P6 Panel enhances interactivity with the public, in addition to having a low energy consumption. Likewise, it provides a clear view even from a distance for displaying information and advertisements. In other words: there are 83.86m² of Imply® technology that takes the audience’s experience to another level.
