Goiás State performs 1.3 million essential services with the support of Imply® Self-Service Kiosks

In May 2021, Goiás State Government, Brazil, took a significant step in the digital transformation of services offered to the population. The State Government implemented the Expresso Program, a platform created to democratize and facilitate access to 110 services, including scheduling attendances, issuing invoices, requesting documents, consultations and requests.

Since then, the tool has accounted for more than 1.3 million accesses between the website and the Imply® Self-Service Kiosks. The initiative made life easier for people, speeded up services, reduced the bureaucracy and ensured accessibility for the entire population. In this way, the Program obtained 89% of positive evaluations and also the CIO Highlight Public Sector Award, a recognition aimed at projects focused on innovation.

Like Goiás, other State and Municipal Governments also use Imply® Self-Service Kiosks to modernize services. Undoubtedly, Self-Service Terminals are powerful solutions for digital transformation.
