Water company Corsan registers more than 1.3+ million accesses in Imply® Self-Service Kiosks
Prioritizing the convenience of citizens and the optimization of operations, Corsan Water Company, installed Imply® Self-Service Kiosks throughout the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
“Our objective is to provide our customers with more practical access to services, so terminals are an important tool. The technology is available to make life easier for users and therefore the adoption of self-service kiosks, where customers can access our platform, our services, is essential.” points out Jean Carlo Bordin, Commercial, Innovation and Relationship Director.
Among the company’s relationship channels, the Imply® Self-Service Kiosks gather the largest number of invoice payments. It is possible to pay by debit card, credit or in installments.
Intuitive and easy to use, the Imply® Self-Service Kiosks offer the main services across the municipalities of the State.
Self-Service Kiosks allow Corsan users to:
• Print a duplicate of the bill with a barcode;
• Consult pending invoices;
• Request the monthly invoice to be sent by email;
• Consult water supply status by municipality;
• Report water leaks in the property;
• Report water leakage on the street;
• Schedule appointments;
