BR 101 Highway is safer and more technological with Imply® VMSs

The 220.4 kilometers of the southern part of the BR-101 highway, in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, received the installation of Imply® FullColor VMSs, making traffic in the region, which is essential for agribusiness and tourism, more technological and safer.
Imply® VMSs present dynamic and up-to-date messages on traffic conditions, road conditions, congestion, accidents, works, maintenance, road and tunnel closures, flow direction, alternative route options, weather conditions, among other important information for the well-being and safety of drivers and passengers.
In addition, Imply® VMSs disclose the estimated travel time, changes in weather, regulated speed, educational messages, guidance messages, alerts or warnings, among other situations, to avoid accidents, unforeseen events and fines.

Federal Highways innovate with Imply® VMSs

The installation of Imply® VMSs in Santa Catarina is part of a modernization plan orchestrated by the CCR Group, one of the largest infrastructure and mobility concession companies in Latin America. Currently, the company is responsible for 3,615 kilometers of highways in Brazil. So far, the project covers the concessions CCR RodoAnel (SP), CCR AutoBAn (SP), CCR MSVia (MS), CR ViaSul (RS) and CCR ViaCosteira (SC).
