Imply® receives ISO 9001: 2015 Recertification

From February 11 to 15th, Imply® underwent an external audit for Recertification of ISO 9001: 2015. After five days of evaluations, the good news: Imply® Quality Management System was again approved by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and the company received the Recertification of ISO 9001: 2015.

But what does it mean? For those who do not know, ISO 9001: 2015 specifies the requirements for a company’s quality management system, and aims to increase customer satisfaction, including compliance assurance and continuous improvement processes.

According to Glaucia Schiefferdecker of Imply® Quality team, “We ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 are effectively met by our quality management system and that it meets the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements of our customers” . Glaucia emphasizes that the commitment of all those involved in the quality management system has been fundamental. “The result of this certification is the evidence that everyone does their part. Whoever makes the system work and delivers results are all the people who work with the management system, and the result is everyone’s merit,” she says.

For the auditor, João Batista Saraiva, the growth of Imply® is evidenced at each audit. According to him, every year the company presents improvements in its management system, which is gratifying.
