Arena Pernambuco opens with state of art technology
On May 20 opened the Arena Pernambuco. The stadium will host three matches of the Confederations Cup, including the match between Spain and Uruguay, which already has 36,000 tickets sold, and five games of the World Cup 2014.
The event was attended by President Dilma Rousseff, the Sports Minister Aldo Rebelo, and the governor of Pernambuco, Eduardo Campos. To celebrate the opening, we performed a test game with two teams composed by people who built the stadium. Were present about 7500 fans, everyone was delighted with the place.
The Imply® Access Management System – SIGA is modernizing all access to Arena Pernambuco and ticket sales. With this latest opening, Imply® has established itself as the only Brazilian company with access technology at the Confederations Cup.
Altogether, Imply® System offers the access control in 98 turnstiles and Ticketing System, plus 23 points of sale for the sale of tickets. Imply® Director of Technology, Fabiano Horn, points the differentials of Imply® System. “The Access System provides turnstiles with up to five different types of readers: 1D, 2D, Smartcard, Biometrics and NFC. All in simultaneous use, integrated into a single platform.” Additionally, SIGA offers fans the convenience of being able to buy their tickets online. Tironi Paz Ortiz, CEO of Imply® points out: “All system was developed strictly within the standards of FIFA.”
